The Construction Field Manager will work with various divisions to support Hunt Companies' construction department needs.
++Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university with a focus in engineering, construction or related discipline Required
- or, a demonstrated equivalent proficiency Required and Five to seven years of professional experience in construction,, development or engineering with keen understanding of project management,, development processes and budgeting. Required and Experience in planning and construction of large-scale building residential development and major sitework projects. Required and Experience in estimating preparation of change orders. Required Four- six years management experience required Strong analytical problem solving skills Must be a self-starter ability to work independently within team environment Strong time management organizational skills Excellent communication presentation skills Must be able to present confidently to management third parties Strong interpersonal ability develop maintain relationships both internally externally Strong computer skills proficiency MS Office applications Requires a self-motivated team player who pays close attention detail prioritize fast-moving environment excellent consulting client management business literacy skills Effectively envision develop implement processes advance manage business goals Takes initiative identify anticipate company needs make recommendations implementation.
