The HR Manager will partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource strategy. They will lead and direct the functions of the HR department related to recruitment and talent acquisition, training and talent development, employee relations.

Responsibilities
- Leads and executes the organization's talent strategy as it relates to current and future needs recruiting retention succession planning Audits career progression transition labor categories necessary Partner office managers sector leaders develop creative sourcing strategies build strong candidate pipelines Plan leads college career fairs logistics collateral preparation booth setup staffing Provide exceptional candidate experience timely transparent communication Collaborate Marketing employment branding initiatives strengthen HEI presence talent marketplace Track analyzes report recruiting metrics optimize hiring outcomes Analyzes trends compensation benefits researches proposes competitive pay programs ensure organization attract retain top talent Work HR team members leaders subject matter experts identify employee development needs learning initiatives Design implement sustain training programs classroom virtual learning formats Creates learning development programs provide internal opportunities employees leadership development Build consultative relationships employees leaders across organization Support retention efforts contributing development plans engagement strategies Maintain confidentiality addressing concerns providing guidance supporting positive practices Promote consistency fairness alignment policies culture Assist broader projects initiatives responsibilities assigned support overall goals + Qualifications Bachelor degree required human resources business administration or related field equivalent experience Certification plus SHRM-CP SHRM-SCP years experience recruitment training employee relations combined functions preferred Demonstrated success sourcing tools strategies proactively build candidate pipelines Strong written verbal presentation skills ability communicate professionally levels Advanced proficiency Microsoft Office products High attention detail organizational skills manage multiple priorities Positive teamwork orientation self-motivated work effectively fast-paced environment Ability work confidential information discretion Working Genius Certification preferred Valid Driver License good driving record + Additional Information Competitive pay significant annual bonuses paid health dental vision life insurance short long-term disability PTO paid holidays parental leave generous match access HSA FSAs flexible schedules HEI logo wear more view careers page read about ENR top 500 design firms PB best places work several years row EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability
