- Assess and evaluateSCNcapability and crisis readiness

- Develop, evolve and maintain a crisis management handbook (process and instructions)

- Participate in technical meetings and government-led studies assess customer requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Knowledge and background with architecture, systems and subsystem requirements, systems engineering processes, and development and maintenance of CONOPS.
- Model Based Systems Engineering experience
- Technical skills to understand and analyze system problems, define potential solutions, and conduct in-depth technical analysis, assessments and trades and explain results of technical studies in a systems engineering context
- Demonstrates understanding of performance and requirements analysis techniques, and acceptance testing strategies/methodologies
- Must have a minimum of an active SECRET clearance to be considered for this position
- Experience in crisis management and mitigation
- Experience in designing and/or adopting and deploying threat, incident, risk and crisis management frameworks.
- Experience in creating and developing operational response documentation and processes for incidents and crisis events
- Working knowledge of the Satellite Communications Network (SCN)
- Current TS/SCI clearance Compensation for California: The salary for this position ranges from approximately $100,000 to $130,000 depending on relevant experience and qualifications
