    Job Description:

    • review, prepare and edit contractual agreements to include prime contracts, subcontracts, consulting agreements, teaming agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
    • review, and prepare the company and team member's certifications and contractually required items.
    • government regulations (FARS, DFARS, TAR)
    • knowledge of various contract types and contract principles.
    • manage, administer, monitor, organize, track, and maintain contract records and files documenting performance and compliance.
    • that contracts and subcontract activities meet specifications, quality, budget, performance requirements and schedule.
    • and subcontract modifications, and other agreements in compliance with FAR/DFARS.
    • monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting requirements. Resolve contract discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
    • and mitigate risks connected with non-standard conditions proposed in contractual documents (including RFP's).
    • contracts emails and monitor/add contract deadlines on shared calendar.
    • meaningful contract terms and conditions while meeting customer needs.
    • contractor performance, to include maintaining relationships with KO and functions within PIEE (WAWF).
    • of potential areas of concern that require resolution (e.g., nonperformance, Requests for EA's, claims, other disputes, etc.) Demonstrates the ability to properly account for funds obligated, invoiced, and paid against a contract vehicle.
    • of methods to expedite acquisitions (e.g., simplified acquisition procedures, commercial items, existing contractual vehicles, mandatory sources, MAC IDIQs, delegations, etc.).
    • accurate information in SAM.
    • SAM for FASCA orders which must be implemented immediately.
    • with SBA regulations.
    • with purchasing and manufacturing requirements
    • section K and compliance review for proposals, including price and cost analysis.
    • projects and allocate hours in company timekeeping system, as well as review estimates and purchase orders.
