    Job Summary:
    Provides administrative leadership to the radiology physician practice across clinical and hospital operational settings. Ensures quality services are provided according to established policies and procedures. Works in close collaboration with the department chair, department vice chair, and VP of radiology operations to manage overall operations. Coordinates performance evaluation measures and processes including management tools for tracking performance improvement. Collaborates closely with department chair and section chiefs to establish performance standards including productivity, promotions, recruitment, and employee relations concerns. Works closely with physician leadership and other administrators to develop and executive new business strategies that enhance and support the physician practice.

    Job Duties:
    • Develops and/or recommends growth, marketing, ensuring equity, increasing access, patient/provider experience and optimizing the department practices across the organization.
    • Contributes to the development of policy and procedure for the department.
    • Collaborates with system operations leadership to improve operations related to physician productivity, staff productivity, and equipment utilization.
    • Manages transformation projects approved by the Chair and VP of Radiology.
    • Assists in the implementation of equitable, inclusive, and fair strategies to support the vision of the business functions in collaboration with departmental leadership teams, and partners.
    • Ensures departmental and individual compliance with policies and procedures.
    • Develops and maintains departmental reports and dashboards as well as monthly operational status reports.
    • Collaborates with department chair and VP to set annual performance objectives and to conduct the annual performance reviews for physicians, advanced practitioners, and physician assistants
    • Responsible for administrative operations for Radiology including relationship development; strategic planning; legal and regulatory compliance; financial management; data analysis & metrics, patient access analysis, radiology physician performance management, physician productivity data management, ensuring a diverse, equitable and inclusive culture, and operations and human resources management.
    • Serves as a liaison between radiology regional radiology leadership and region/platform leadership for assigned region(s).

    Bachelor's Degree- (Required), Master's Degree- (Preferred)

    Experience:
    Minimum of 5 years-Managerial/Supervisory (Required), Minimum of 5 years-Related work experience (Required)
