    Description

    Job Description

    Looking for OTR drivers holding a valid Class A License with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience.

    Benefits:

    • Steady Work: Operating predominantly east of I-35, potential coverage across all 48 states.
    • Modern Equipment: Drive top-notch Cascadias and T680s with automatic transmissions. Opportunity to take the truck home with trailer included, or park at designated stops with a Dash Valve Lock.
    • Diverse Freight: Mostly no-touch freight, with 50%-60% involving drop and hook.
    • Comprehensive Benefits: Full medical, dental, PTO, and 401K with matching available post 30 days.

    Requirements:

    • Experience: A minimum of 3 months experience in the last 36 months, with no more than two carriers, and no preventable CMV accidents during this period.
    • Clean Record: Maintain a clean record with a maximum of one at-fault accident in the last three years and no more than three moving violations, only one being a major moving violation.
    • Drug Testing: Must be able to pass both urine and hair tests.
    • Safety First: A prerequisite is not being dismissed from the last job due to safety violations.

    Orientation Details:

    • Location: Shippensburg, PA
    • Timing: Orientations held Monday to Thursday.
    • Travel Coverage: Travel expenses and bus tickets to the nearest terminal will be catered to.
