You ideally have TIPs alcohol procedures and ServSafe food management certification alongside any State or County required license requirements for the service of food and alcohol

You ideally have an educational background with a focus in the hospitality field

    What You Will be Doing

Assuming 100% responsibility and accountability for the business

Leading the financial (sales building and cost control), operational and personnel components of the business, both Front and Back of House

Acting as a spokesperson when representing the brand and business at a local level

Establishing, nurturing and maintaining trusted relationships with employees, guests, community groups, societies, vendors and local authorities
