    • Ability to work nights on a compressed workweek following a weekly alternating 4x12 and 3x12 work schedule.
    • Operate equipment dedicated to semiconductor and System-in-Package (SiP) manufacturing processes.
    • Support NTI development by adapting to dynamic manufacturing requirements.
    • Support manufacturing needs with the ability to operate the complete equipment set, facilitated by advanced MES support.
    • Implementation of continuous improvement and lean principles to optimize workflow.

    • Semiconductor and/or cleanroom manufacturing experience in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
    • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Must have the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary organization by communicating effectively with supervisors, engineers, and maintenance personnel to ensure that manufacturing needs are met.
    • Must be able to assist coworkers with minor troubleshooting, answering general questions on processes and equipment uses.
    • Ensure all safety protocols are being met and implemented daily.

    Pay Rang

    $52, $86,980.00 Annually
