- The position will involve novel approaches to Treg-based therapy in the context of antibody-mediated rejection.
- Background in immunology and preclinical studies in mouse models is essential.
- Relevant experience with T cells and other immune cells in vitro and in vivo, immunological techniques, and multicolor flow cytometry are highly desirable.
- CRISPR, RNA/DNA analyses (RNA-seq), immunohistochemistry, immunoprecipitation, immunoblotting, and general lab organization/safety.
- Maintenance and presentation of as well as writing up experimental data for reports and manuscripts.
- Candidates with a recent PhD or MD/PhD in immunology and experience in murine and/or human T-cell immunology, molecular biology, and in vivo modeling are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with strong records of scientific accomplishment are preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to perform self-directed research and to work effectively as part of a team.
- The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, intellectually curious, and have a strong work ethic.
