- Conducting evaluations, assessments, and behavioral observations
- Collecting and analyzing data to guide thoughtful, individualized programming
- Developing and overseeing behavior support plans and interventions
- Training and collaborating with staff and caregivers to build confidence, consistency, and shared success
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- $75,000 per year minimum starting salary
- $2,500 Sign-on Bonus + Relocation assistance available to eligible candidates
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Human Development or a related field.
- Board Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis or ability to obtain required.
- Experience developing, implementing and monitoring behavior analytic programs for individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Experience working in a variety of settings with individuals with severe interfering behaviors
- Valid driver's license and reliable use of a safe, insured motor vehicle.

Position Summary
As an integral member of the treatment team, the BCBA provides behavioral and clinical consultation to children and adolescents with intellectual and developmental disabilities across home, community, and educational settings. Your work will include:
