We are seeking a Multi Unit Restaurant Manager to join our team

Concord Collective Partners is rapidly expanding and creating new and exciting opportunities. We operate restaurants in LAX including P.F. Chang's, a full-service sit-down restaurant, Panda Express, Einstein's Bagels, Chick-fil-A, Ace Cervecería & Tacos, Betcha Burger, Qwench, Wetzel's Pretzels, Peet's Coffee and more to come

We are looking for a Multi-Unit Manager with leadership, strong work-ethic and a love of customer service to manage a food court.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
• Oversee guest services and resolve issues
• Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
• Train and manage kitchen personnel
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
• Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
• Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste

• Previous experience in food service or other related fields
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Acute financial management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Must pass federal background check
