**Warehouse Associate**

We are a growing kitchen and bath remodeling organization looking for effective warehouse associates to perform receiving, warehousing and distribution operations duties. You will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide variety of products.

**Primary Duties**

Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with companys policies and vision

Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations

Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures

Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements

Prepare projects for distribution

Assist Project Managers on daily tasks

Liaise with Project Coordinator to ensure timely shipments

Assist with small wood working assignments

**Requirements**

Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives

Warehouse background recommended

Ability to take initiative

Strong decision making and problem solving skills

Excellent communication skills

Woodworking background a plus

Exceptional organizational skills

Exceptional time management skills

Strong attention to detail

Must be quality oriented and a team player

**Minimum Qualifications**

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must have valid drivers license with good history

Excellent attendance record
