Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Certified Surgical Technologist / First Assist (CST/FA) to join our team on a PRN basis.The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of plastic surgery instruments, sutures, and surgical workflows and thrives in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain the sterile field for surgical procedures
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of surgical instruments,suture types,and plastic surgery techniques
- Anticipate surgeon needs and provide efficient intraoperative assistance
- Maintain compliance with AAAHC standards,infection control policies,and safety protocols
- Certified Surgical Technologist(CST) certification required
- Certified Surgical First Assist(CSFA) or equivalent First Assist experience preferred
