    Description
    Administrator, Psychiatry is a full-time position at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University. The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences seeks a Senior Staff Associate / Administrator to manage administrative and financial affairs, including finances, grants, and contracts. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Outlook, Word/Excel, and webinar software. The successful candidate will oversee various programs, including academic programs, personnel, and information systems. A bachelor's degree in finance, business management, public administration, or information systems is required, with a master's degree preferred. Five years of experience in a related administrative or business role, along with supervisory experience, are highly desirable. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, and the salary range is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
