Role:
We are looking for a committed **LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse (PRN)** to join our team. The PRN LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for planning, organizing, and assisting in providing direct and indirect resident care following established policies and procedures. They also orient, instruct, and supervise personnel, effectively communicate, and advocate for Elder-centered care.

Qualifications:
The LPN must be a graduate from an accredited school, currently licensed in Iowa without encumbrance, and responsible for maintaining professional licensure and CEU requirements. Ideally, they should have 1-2 years of previous nursing experience in Long Term Care and/or a Skilled Nursing Facility as a Charge Nurse. Must have the ability to assess and implement resident care interventions based on the principles of nursing care and hold a current CPR certification.
