    Description

    Our client located in Franklin, TN is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career and join a dynamic team in the healthcare industry

    The Customer Service Representative is a contract opportunity with a fully onsite schedule.

    Responsibilities:

    • Review applications and reachout via phone for missing or unclear information
    • Making outbound calls and possibly accepting inbound calls
    • Document information in Excel
    Qualifications:
    • Call Center Customer Service Experience
    • Strong Excel Skills
    • Exceptional attention to detail

    Job Title: Customer Service Representative
    Opportunity: Contract (2+ months)
    Location: Onsite Franklin, TN
    Salary: $20-21/hr D.O.E.
