Functions independently with full understanding of all components of the revenue cycle.+Completes complex projects of diverse scope.<+Independently analyzes and resolves highly complex billing and reimbursement issues,+including correction of claims,+charge routing,+and system configuration errors.+Applies knowledge of payer contracts and coordination of benefits to correct billing issues,+mitigate reimbursement risk,+and ensure accurate and compliant claims submission.+
Job Summary+Evaluates trends across denials,+accounts receivable,+and reimbursement outcomes to set workflow priorities+and recommend+implement process/+system+/policy improvements that support efficient service delivery models+maximization of reimbursement.+Partners with clinical,/revenue cycle,/compliance,/financial services teams to design/implemented+sustain compliant billing workflows+/system solutions+prioritizes escalation pathways+/alternative reimbursement strategies for complex claims+funding scenarios in alignment with internal policies+/external regulatory requirements.

- Bachelor's degree in related area /or equivalent experience/training.
- Minimum 3 years related experience.
