- Develop detailed 2D and 3D models and technical drawings using Solidworks.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure designs are feasible and manufacturable.
- Revise and update existing CAD files as needed.
- Generate assembly drawings and BOMs (Bill of Materials).
- Perform quality checks on drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Assist in the creation of prototypes and conduct design validation tests.
- Maintain organized records of all design files and related documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest Solidworks features and industry best practices.
- Associate's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, CAD Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a CAD Technician using Solidworks.
- Understanding of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve design issues.
