    Description
    15,000 Sign-on Bonus for Full Time Night Shift**Community Hospital South position available.
    The RN's help provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures of Northwest Surgical Hospital.

    In collaboration with the patient, the patient's family and other members of the health care team, the clinical RN assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and coordinates treatment plans.

    RN's always works as a team member within the entire facility and help perform other duties as assigned.
    *Provides care to post-surgical patients in Med-Surg/ICU according to policy and procedure and care standards.

    • Maintains knowledge of medications, equipment, expected patient outcomes post-surgery/recovery, and anticipated complications.
    • Coordinates patient care with multidisciplinary team.
    • Minimum of one year experience in Med-Surg, Emergency, or ICU preferred.
    • BLS Healthcare required within 30 days of hire. Medical
