- Minimum of two years experience in residential production, home building management
- Valid driver's license
- Proficient with MS Office Products
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or Civil/Structural Engineering (preferred)
- Strong work ethic, with the ability to multi-task and work independently as part of a larger team
- Previous experience in construction project management or construction home building
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong working relationships
- Proficient time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
