    Growing Homecare company is looking for different position for our Queens / Brooklyn / Bronx Office. Language: Chinese/Korean/Spanish/English.

    Date: Friday, 3/29/2024, from 9AM to 4PM

    Location: Northern Blvd 3FL Bayside NY 11361

    Job Opening:

    1. HR/CSR/Case coordinator:

    Assist with caregiver on-boarding and training. Ensure caregivers are compliant with state and federal regulations and all records are current, accurate and complete. Record accurate caregiver employee information into the computer system including time sheets and payroll data

    2. Receptionist / Administrative Assistant:

    Greet clients and caregivers when the enter the building. Answer Phones and direct callers to the desired office. Will assist the Case Coordinators in collecting timesheets and verifying timesheets. Assist Customer Service Reps doing Quality of Life Phone checks on our clients.

    3. Marketer:

    Conducts sales and marketing for a Homecare agency, obtains referrals, performs homecare account development and ensures customer satisfaction. This position is responsible for obtaining referrals for the agency and ensuring that customers are satisfied with the service

    4. HHA:

    Looking for compassionate Home Health Aides to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients homes in accordance with an established care plan

    5. Social Worker Coordinator:

    Identify clients that are eligible for home care services. Maintain positive vendor relationships. Assist clients in accessing government assistance programs, such as Medicare, Medicaid, Section 8 housing, and childcare services. Medicaid processing, food stamp, senior housing, SSI etc...

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $ $27.00 per hour
