- Day-to-day coordinator and 24-hour over-sight of the unit.
- Monitor resident care by licensed nurses & LNA's.
- Ensure resident care and documentation is in compliance with HIPPA, State and Federal regulations for healthcare.
- Ensure physician orders are being followed, monitor medication & treatment schedules, and MDS documentation is accurate.
- Work collaborative with other departments, assists ADON, working most closely and under the direction of the Director of Nurses.
- Assess, plan, implement and monitor resident care to ensure that care needs are being met
- Maintain confidentiality of all resident-related care information to ensure HIPAA compliance
- Provide overall supervision of Licensed Nurses, LNAs and LMNAs and the care provided to residents on the assigned unit.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Must possess and maintain a current Registered Nurse license from the State of New Hampshire and be in good standing with the NH Board of Nursing
- Two years of long-term care(preferred)
- Supervisory experience
- Must be punctual ,dependable and demonstrate compassion and patience
- Excellent communication skills; must be able to read, write and speak English

We are proud to be a part of Catholic Charities New Hampshire's continuum of care.We are seeking a RN with management experience in a skilled nursing facility. We currently have a full time opening for Unit Manager on first shift with a on call alternating weeks.
