    Vincent de Paul Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, in Berlin, NH, is an 74-bed skilled nursing facility offering short and long-term care in a warm, supportive atmosphere where residents are cared for according to their individual needs.

    We are proud to be a part of Catholic Charities New Hampshire's continuum of care.

    We are seeking a RN with management experience in a skilled nursing facility. We currently have a full time opening for Unit Manager on first shift with a on call alternating weeks.

    Job Responsibilities;


    • Day-to-day coordinator and 24-hour over-sight of the unit.
    • Monitor resident care by licensed nurses & LNA's.
    • Ensure resident care and documentation is in compliance with HIPPA, State and Federal regulations for healthcare.
    • Ensure physician orders are being followed, monitor medication & treatment schedules, and MDS documentation is accurate.
    • Work collaborative with other departments, assists ADON, working most closely and under the direction of the Director of Nurses.
    • Assess, plan, implement and monitor resident care to ensure that care needs are being met
    • Maintain confidentiality of all resident-related care information to ensure HIPAA compliance
    • Provide overall supervision of Licensed Nurses, LNAs and LMNAs and the care provided to residents on the assigned unit.
    Requirements:


    • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
    • Must possess and maintain a current Registered Nurse license from the State of New Hampshire and be in good standing with the NH Board of Nursing
    • Two years of long-term care(preferred)
    • Supervisory experience
    • Must be punctual ,dependable and demonstrate compassion and patience
    • Excellent communication skills; must be able to read, write and speak English
