    Responsibilities/Duties:

    Relationship Program Manager supports all aspects of implementation and ongoing relationship management of the Banks lending and depository fintech strategic partnerships. The Relationship Program Manager works closely with program analyst to provide ongoing oversight and supervision of strategic partnerships. This includes supporting all elements of the partnership - operations, compliance, finance, accounting, legal, marketing, credit, etc.

    Duties include, but are not limited to:

    • Support the Head of Relationship Management in developing new business opportunities with potential fintech strategic partners.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for each assigned fintech strategic partnership.
    • Oversee fintech relationships during implementation, operation, and termination / wind-down.
    • Work with Program Analyst to review quantitative analysis, forecasting models, etc. to evaluate the performance of strategic partnerships.
    • Review economic models for new and existing strategic partnership with various size and complexities to determine strategic partner feasibility and financial performance.
    • Manage and oversee onboarding and ongoing management of strategic partnerships as it relates to operational, financial and compliance activities.
    • Remain engaged and knowledgeable on processor and card network features, launching of new products, and integrating information with existing and new partners.
    • Lead the process for review and approval of all strategic partners program-related materials, including decisioning guidelines, policies, procedures, funds flows, legal documents, and financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
    Essential Functions:

    While performing the essential functions of this position, the incumbent is subject to sedentary work for extended periods of time. Some mobility in order to access files and attend meetings is necessary. The incumbent must be able to operate a computer terminal and office equipment and communicate and exchange information to internal and external customers.

    Knowledge - Skills & Abilities:
    • Experience with fintech products and services with sound lending and deposit knowledge.
    • Ability to understand unique and challenging strategic partnership business models.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills necessary to support internal and external relationships.
    • Superior time management and organization skills with the focus on meeting deadlines
    • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office including ability to review and interpret data utilizing concepts and tools
    • Experience at fast-paced, highly-motivated bank or financial services company
    • Organizational and planning skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience as a relationship manager / program manager at a fintech sponsorship bank or at a fintech with a sponsor bank relationship.
    • Experience interfacing with card networks (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and card processors during program launch, ongoing operation, and termination.
    • Experience in project management, familiarity with banking regulations, experience with credit oversight and underwriting.

    Pay Range: $80,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year. Pay range may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
