Job summary
The Case Manager will assess the need of each youth in care and ensure the safe and expedited release of youth to potential sponsors that meet ORR criteria for release.
This position will develop individual service plans for youth towards safe family reunification,
preparation for return to the country of origin,
transfer to a higher level of care or a less restrictive setting,
or transition to an alternative living arrangement once legal immigration status has been obtained.
