    Account Manager, SMB

    Description

    • The role requires a hybrid schedule with three days per week in New York City headquarters (8:30am-5:30pm). An individual must perform each essential job duty satisfactorily or without reasonable accommodation.
    • Key responsibilities include expanding revenue within existing accounts introducing new products uncovering upsell opportunities meeting or exceeding monthly growth targets uncovering true business problems challenges prospects face leading discovery tailored product demonstrations showing value HHAeXchange platform prospect generating pipeline assigned book business receiving support demand generation maintaining pipeline hygiene tracking all activity Salesforce accurate forecasting hit sales targets providing insightful feedback prospect conversations product sales marketing leadership traveling conferences industry events necessary travel up to 10 percent including overnight travel.

    Main Requirements:

    • Minimum two years proven experience Account Manager similar high-volume full-cycle SaaS Sales superb presentation product demonstration skills excellent written verbal communication skills experience selling first-time technology buyers Enterprise segment humility empathy challenges prospects face daily basis homecare industry bonus experience selling healthcare homecare industry.
