We're looking for a growth-minded, proven Digital Marketing Analyst (DMA) who can drive volume through our Marketing funnel by ensuring we are powering the right messages, through the right digital channels at the right time.     Born of NASA, and successful for over 40 years, SMA Technologies is the leading provider of automation in the FinServ space. As we grow, we are looking for a competitive, tenacious and collaborative Digital Marketing pro to propel our company growth.

    Reporting to our Marketing Director the Digital Marketing Analyst is an essential member of SMA's revenue generating team. In this role, you will be pivotal in taking our digital strategy to the next level. If you love green field opportunities and are fueled by growth, we want you on our team

    How You'll Get There

    In your first month, you will onboard, get up to speed, and immerse yourself in our digital strategy to gain deep understanding of our programs. At 30 days, you will be expected to have:

    • Become deeply engaged with our revenue marketing plan and platforms in order to learn what levers you have at your disposal to drive change, as well as address any holes to fill in order to drive results. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Google Ads
    • Microsoft Bing
    • RollWorks (Account Based Marketing paid advertising platform)
    • Google Search Console
    • Moz
    • Jumped in lickity split to meet and learn from your skilled, savvy, enthusiastic teammates / subject matter experts. During your initial onboarding, you will gain deeper insights into what is working, what's not, and where we need to improve our SEO and SEM strategy.
    • Inserted yourself into the campaign planning process to ensure our messaging themes are carried throughout our digital presence to drive new, qualified visitors to the website to ultimately drive a higher quantity of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) through the pipeline.
    • Have reviewed all platforms (GA4, Search Console, SEMRush, PageSense, to name a few) strategies and gained insight into our buyer journey and are beginning to adjust increase impression share, click thru rates and conversions, all while making our spend more efficient.
    In your first 3 months, you will have demonstrated the ability to turn ad spend into pipeline growth as driven by your highest ranked digital roadmap initiatives. At 90 days you will be expected to have:
    • Made numerous changes in the platforms to drive increased efficiency to our inbound program.
    • Provided reliable, impactful digital marketing support to our campaigns to hit MQL and SQL targets delivered from our paid advertising channels.
    • Began testing to reveal critical insights on what helps propel prospects down their automation journey.
    • Setting and running key collaboration meetings to ensure SEO initiatives are turned from ideas to traffic. Including, but not limited to:
    • Funneling strong keywords to the Content Team to turn into traffic magnets
    • Collaborating with the Web Manager to align on key technical objectives to ensure ranking capabilities
    • Partnering with eComm Manager to help identify new, impactful areas of growth
    In your first 6 months, you will have delivered measurable pipeline growth through all digital channels. At 180 days in, you will be expected to have:
    • Embraced and optimized all processes around digital ad creation, technical SEO implementation and content catalysts and optimizers that enable you to work quickly and seamlessly with the team.
    • Increased Google and Bing's organic traffic, and well on your way to further keyword expansion and optimization.
    • Continued to hit quarterly targets of leads, MQLs and SQLs from our paid digital channels, including, but not limited to: Google Ads, Bing, RollWorks and LinkedIn.
    • Identify, define and execute new initiatives to drive customer acquisition and expansion opportunities.

    Opinionated: Your rich digital experience has helped shape your opinion of what works and what doesn't and you aren't afraid to share and leverage your ideas. You know the quirks and shortcuts of all the critical platforms and are a pro at navigating proper usage of each.

    Growth Minded: You are a team player that loves and understands hyper growth culture and how to get the right inputs to drive aggressive results. You are a seeker of challenges, never quit, like to move quickly, and aren't afraid to roll your sleeves up and get into the details.

    Master of Efficiency: You're known for working smarter - not harder. You love a good spreadsheet template to speed you up and know how to make good use of an hour.

    Thrifty: You understand the value of a dollar and put every penny of your digital ad budget to good use. You know how to ante up where we can drive results, know when / how much to spend to get clear results when testing, and most importantly - you don't waste money when you know we aren't getting results.
