    PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Maintains regulatory requirement spreadsheets as outlined in the licensing conditions.
    • Develops a filing and tracking system to electronically store requisite filings.
    • Maintains and distributes self-exclusion lists related to the Responsible Gaming program using casino systems.
    • Administers and tracks mandatory employee compliance trainings using casino LMS software.
    • Assists revenue audit with detecting suspicious transactions in the daily BSA audit.
    • Assists in the investigation and filing of BSA Suspicious Activity Reports.
    • Performs and tracks periodic filings as required by gaming authorities.
    • Performs required quarterly key, credit and collections, and any other applicable audits for regulatory compliance.
    • Assists in daily operations of the Responsible Gaming program, including administration of the patron's self-exclusion processes.
    • Exercises discretion and independent judgment when working with confidential information and follows established protocols to safeguard both physical and digital information on file.
    • Performs other job-related duties as requested.
    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
    • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
    • Two (2) years of regulatory, legal, accounting, audit, and/or compliance-related experience.
