    Kelly Engineering is seeking a Senior Process Engineer (Plastics) for an excellent direct hire position with an industry leader experiencing dynamic growth in Senatobia, MS.

    The Senior Process Engineer is responsible for developing, analyzing, and implementing new or modified process technologies, products, equipment, and systems at the Senatobia, MS location.


    Senior Process Engineer Responsibilities:
    Develops and employs expertise in all areas of the plant including compounding, extrusion, web handling and adhesive coating.
    Identifies process weaknesses and develops process methods, materials, training, and equipment modifications to obtain improvement.
    Prioritizes and implements process improvements and controls to reduce defects, scrap, rework, and downtime in production.
    Provides leadership for the site process team regarding problem solving and supporting production.
    Resolves issues relating to materials, methods, and equipment.

    Responsibility for projects in the plant including introduction of new technology and cost reduction; new product or process start-up, and the justification of new equipment to improve processes.


    Senior Process Engineer Requirements:
    Previous Engineering experience in a plastics manufacturing environment- extrusion and sheeting processes would be highly desired.
    BS Degree in Engineering, Plastics or Materials Science
