D3 Search is actively seeking an Associate Attorney on behalf of a prominent Los Angeles-based entertainment litigation practice with a well-established office located in Los Angeles, CAPosition Title:
Associate Attorney
Note: 3-5 years relevant legal/law firm LITIGATION experience is REQUIRED. Tier 1 JD graduate is required. Federal clerkship is preferred.

Position Summary:
Prominent LA-based practice seeks a Litigation Associate Attorney with three to five years (3-5) years of experience. This particular law practice is an elite entertainment litigation boutique with an interesting and challenging caseload. You will be given every opportunity to develop into a top-tier attorney while working in a collegial environment.
A clerkship and major law firm experience is HIGHLY preferred.
The successful candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, experienced all phases of discovery including taking and defending depositions, and participated at a junior level on a trial team.
Education & Experience:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a tier 1 accredited law school
Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
3–5 years of litigation experience, preferably in business and/or entertainment litigation
Experience drafting dispositive and non-dispositive motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
Deposition experience (taking and/or defending) strongly preferred
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Annual Salary/Compensation & Health Benefits:
Annual salary/comp.

Annual Billables:
1750 hours.
