    Responsible for contract review, negotiations, preparation, and administration of contractual documents and customer interface.

    Reviews, interprets, recommends, and negotiates contractual terms and conditions and interprets established policies, procedures, and standard practices to develop proactive plans to ensure contract activities achieve desired objectives and timetables.

    Advises management of contractual rights and obligations and provides interpretation of terms and conditions.

    As part of our Contracts Team, you will assist with proposal pricing in coordination with R2C leadership, Business Development, Procurement, and Accounting to include necessary company-wide support, ensuring our proposals are compliant and within internal procedures, as well as FAR, DFAR, SBA, DOL, and other government regulationsWillingness to engage with contract resources for help and to develop and share best practicesPrepare reports and analysis as requiredTrack, collect, and submit contractual deliverablesOther duties as assignedRequirements:A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred with a minimum of 6-10 years' experience working in the Federal Government Contracting industry or an advanced degree in lieu of experience may be considered.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced, small business environment as a team player performing a variety of functions including administration, monitoring, and tracking all contract type activity (T&M, FFP, IDIQ, CPFF, etc.) as well as leading and/or assisting proposal pricing development.

    Strong working knowledge of FARs, DFARs, and GSA regulations.
    Active Clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance is required.
