Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Case Manager to join the Alternatives for Youth (AFY) Program. As a full-time employee, you will provide home-based crisis intervention and case management services to client families.- Assist Spanish and English-speaking families in resolving crises.
- Provide case management support to families struggling with substance abuse and mental illness.
