    Data Visualization Coordinator
    Job Description
    As a Data Visualization Coordinator, you support the Data & Analytics team by assisting with the preparation, validation, and organization of data used in reporting and data visualization for Go Local partners and internal teams. This role is designed for someone early in their analytics career who is eager to learn analytics engineering fundamentals, tracking concepts, and data visualization workflows.
    You work under the guidance of Data Visualization Manager to help ensure data is accurate, well-documented, and properly prepared for analysis. This role focuses on building foundational technical skills, understanding agency workflows, and learning how data supports business decision-making. Your contribution to the organization is felt through your willingness to learn, timely execution of Data Visualization tasks and projects, and deploying a data driven mindset.
    Job Expectations
    • Data Visualization Support: Assist with maintaining and updating data visualization tools by validating data sources, reviewing outputs, and making minor updates based on defined requirements.
    • Data Tracking Support (Google Tag Manager): Support tracking implementations by assisting with testing, documenting, and validating Google Tag Manager configurations created by senior team members.
    • Documentation: Contribute to documentation for data processes, tracking setups, and validation steps to support internal knowledge sharing and consistent execution.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with Data & Analytics team members, SEO and PPC specialists, and other internal stakeholders to learn how analytics supports marketing and business goals.
    • Tool Familiarity & Learning: Develop working knowledge of core analytics tools, including Go Local Cloud, Funnel, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and data visualization platforms.
    • Ongoing Education: Participate in training and mentorship opportunities to build skills in analytics concepts, data validation, tracking fundamentals, and data visualization best practices.
    • Ownership: This role does not independently design analytics strategies, define KPIs, or serve as the primary owner of partner reporting.

    Job Qualifications
    • Basic understanding of digital marketing or analytics concepts.
    • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, or Google Ads (academic, internship, or entry-level experience acceptable).
    • Interest in learning data modeling, data transformation, and analytics engineering fundamentals.
    • Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow established processes and standards.
    • Ability to document work clearly and ask thoughtful questions when clarification is needed.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with guidance.
    • Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-based environment.
    • Ability to learn new tools and concepts quickly and apply feedback effectively.
    Required Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Statistics) or equivalent practical experience.
    • 0-1 years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, data reporting, or a related field (internships or coursework acceptable).
    • Exposure to Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or paid/organic media platforms preferred.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • A desire to grow into more advanced analytics, tracking, and data visualization responsibilities over time.
