- Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current IL RN license

Job Summary: Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision-making, empathy and effective communication, the registered nurse takes the lead in ensuring a safe patient environment and top-notch patient experience. The nurse provides and coordinates patient-centered care aiming for a successful patient transition within the healthcare system or back to their communities.
The Neuro Critical Care Unit, with 12 beds, provides specialized nursing care for various neurosurgical and medical critical care patients, such as those recovering from strokes, brain tumors, or spinal surgeries. This unit offers a great opportunity for nurses interested in specializing in neuroscience/stroke recovery, with dedicated support from a Neuro Intensivist and EICU telemonitoring 24/7.
