    Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Palo Alto, CA, EverCharge operates a factory in Hayward, CA, which supplies EVSEs for its customers across North America.

    The Vice President of Operations

    We are looking for a results-driven Vice President of Operations with a strong background in construction, project management and revenue forecasting to oversee our company's operational activities and drive business growth.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects, optimizing operational processes, and forecasting revenue to support company objectives.

    Oversee all aspects of the company's operational activities, including construction project management, revenue forecasting, resource allocation, and budget management.

    Lead and mentor the operational team to ensure high performance, accountability, and alignment with company goals.
    Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
    Establish strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects and initiatives.
    Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
    Prepare and present regular reports to executive leadership on operational performance, project status, and key metrics.
    Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing construction/installation and project management.
    Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and lead change initiatives.
    In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in operational management
    The base salary range for this position is between $225,000 and $300,000, based on full-time employment.
