    Pizza Cooks are in charge of the preparation, production, and presentation of all menu items.

    Essential Functions:
    • Prepare menu items as per designated recipes or special requests
    • Available to work various hours, days, and shifts, including weekends
    • Safely and efficiently utilize all necessary tools and equipment, including knives
    • Effectively communicate to carry out job requirements based on written and verbal instructions
    • Handle multiple tasks calmly and efficiently under pressure
    • Perform in a confined, busy space with fluctuating noise and temperature levels
    • Able to lift up to 10 pounds, frequently lift up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
    • Stand and walk for the entire shift, safely navigate all restaurant areas, which may include stairs or slippery surfaces
    Key Responsibilities and Duties:
    • Adhere to portioning controls and par levels
    • Uphold food safety and quality requirements
    • Accurately read a thermometer
    • Report any food delays or issues to the Coordinator
    • Maintain menu item counts and inform Management and service staff when quantities drop below the specific minimum
    • Ensure all items leaving the station are recorded
    • Understand and follow the food allergy procedure and special orders
    • Comply with safety and sanitation protocols
    • Follow all employment rules, policies, and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook
    • Collaborate effectively with team members
    • Perform any additional duties as required
