About the Position:

CareStar, Inc. is currently looking for an Assessment Specialist in the Clinical department.
The role involves conducting program assessments utilizing designated tools and processes.
This is a home-based position that requires independent management of a caseload as necessary.
Flex staff are employed on an on-demand basis.

When needed, employees may work a maximum of 29 hours per week.

While not eligible for benefits per standard policy, individuals in this role may receive mileage reimbursement as per CareStar guidelines.

Requirements:

Active license as RN, LSW, or LISW is preferred.
Minimum of 12 months experience in home and community-based services within the last 5 years.
Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, home health care, and Ohio Home Care waiver programs is advantageous.
Adherence to CareStar's guidelines and policies is essential.
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Compliance with organization policies and procedures.
Ensuring data security and following acceptable use policies for information systems.

Location:

This position covers Montgomery County and the neighboring counties.
