Boutique, dynamic Minneapolis law firm seeks an immigration attorney with 3+ years experience to join our immigration team. We do family based immigration, asylum, deportation defense, etc.
The ideal associate works well independently, is able to multi-task, has superior attention to detail, enjoys going to court, and has strong writing and verbal skills.
You must have a J.D. and be admitted to practice in Minnesota. Please send resume and cover letter with salary requirements. Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required.Potential for a bonus plan

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Immigration Attorney located in Minneapolis, MN. The position involves providing legal counsel and support for cases related to immigration law.
Day-to-day tasks include managing client relationships, preparing and filing visa applications, representing clients in legal proceedings, advising on immigration-related legal matters, and ensuring compliance with immigration laws.
The attorney will collaborate closely with clients and colleagues in a professional and fast-paced environment to deliver effective legal solutions.
QualificationsExpert knowledge of Immigration Law and experience handling Immigration Issues
Handing Asylum Application, Deportation Defense, Habeas Petitions
I-130 Applications, N-400 Applications, Family based immigration
Proficiency in filing and managing various Visas
Ability to work on complex Legal Issues related to immigration
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active license to practice law
Experience practicing law in immigration cases is preferred
Fluency in additional languages is a plus
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
