- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Recognize signs and symptoms of physiological and psychosocial changes in patients.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to document nursing diagnoses.
- Document patient care plans, outcomes, and interventions.
- Perform interventions based on care priorities and hospital policies.
- Adjust care plans based on evaluations and medical changes as needed.
- Evaluate patient care needs and establish priorities accordingly.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Active LPN License in Virginia or compact state
- Current Health Certificate
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
- Current BLS certification
- Preferred minimum of one year LPN experience
