    What the Payroll Administrator Will Do:

    As a Payroll Administrator, youll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of payroll processes:

    • Audit, batch, and import timesheets for all employees, showcasing your meticulous attention to detail.
    • Oversee the bi-weekly processing of payroll, expertly evaluating complex payroll issues and ensuring adherence to protocols.
    • Take charge of inputting bonus and overtime payments in multiple states, contributing to accurate compensation processing.
    • Manage the payroll for a team of 200+ employees, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
    • Reconcile weekly payroll activity between ADP and the general ledger, maintaining financial integrity.
    • Assist in handling employee benefits for the company, showcasing your comprehensive payroll expertise.
