    Pay: $40-$55

    Description:

    We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) to join our team for the 2024/25 school year in San Francisco, CA. As a TVI, you will work collaboratively with students from kindergarten to 12th grade, providing specialized instruction and support to individuals with visual impairments.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education for the Visually Impaired or related field
    • Current certification as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI)
    • Experience working with students with visual impairments
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
    • Familiarity with assistive technology and adaptive equipment for individuals with visual impairments
