Job summary

The Commercial Sales Manager oversees the leasing team and is responsible for Oxford's commercial portfolio occupancy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with a major in a related field; Graduate degree a plus.
  • Minimally five years of commercial leasing experience.
  • Strong understanding of real estate finance (e.g. NPV, cap rates) and commercial leasing structures, and market dynamics. Proficiency in property management software (i.e. Yardi) a plus.
