*DeVoe Cadillac is actively recruiting full-time Service Technicians for our busy shop. We are offering an attractive $7,500 sign-on bonus for ASE-certified technicians who have prior experience with a dealership. Additionally, we can consider relocation assistance for qualified candidates. *

• Responsibilities:*
• Efficiently perform repair work as specified on orders, aligning with dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Test drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify issues.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems like engines, transmissions, and more.
• Communicate with Service Advisors to keep customers informed of any additional service needs.
• Ensure all repairs under warranty comply with manufacturer specifications.
• Qualifications:*
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience as a Service Technician with ASE Certifications.
• Required: Dealership Experience.
• Skilled in diagnostics, electrical, and engine repair.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Competence with electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent customer service and basic computer skills.
• Positive and friendly attitude with a desire to advance.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Good dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Keen to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures.
• Clean driving record and must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
