    Premiere Moving Company with operations covering the Tri-State area is looking for Site Reporting Specialist


    Location:
     Bronx, NY


    Pay:
     $20.00/hr. + Overtime


    Schedule:
     Monday to Friday


    First Shift: Variable schedule 6:30 AM to completion or 8:00 AM to completion


    We are looking for a full-time, Site Reporting Specialist to preform on-site Quality Control and become a viable strategic partner within our organization.


    The Site Reporting Specialist QC Associate is responsible for monitoring and reporting on ongoing moves throughout the New York Metropolitan area on a daily basis.

    The successful candidate will provide information on the move progress as it relates to both movers' performance and customers' satisfaction.

    Ideally this individual has at least 3-5 years experience working for a moving company or in field of transportation/logistics.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Visit multiple moves throughout the day and report on their progress
    • Communicate with the team if/when any issues arise. Provide support and suggest potential solutions
    • Provide excellent service to customers during the move
    • Support movers in the field

    Requirements:

    • Must be hardworking and have the ability to multi-task
    • Must be a team player
    • Must be flexible
    • Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Bilingual is a big Plus
