Job summary
We are looking for Developmental Specialists who have:
- Bachelor's degree, or higher, in one or more of the following fields:
Responsibilities
Partner with families on Nantucket to identify each child's strengths and developmental needs Develop an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) with the family Work closely with a transdisciplinary team on program planning and delivery of services Oversee case management and referral services to assigned caseload Conduct home visits on Nantucket to provide developmental stimulation parent training and support Complete reports of assessments progress reports IFSPs and discharge summaries Maintain appropriate communication with physicians clinics and community agencies participating in each child's care Provide information to parents that enable them to make informed decisions for their child's progress This role allows for flexibility in creating your own schedule to visit with families on Nantucket
