Responsibilities

The cases involve complex personal injury matters (toxic tort, electrocutions, explosions) as well as catastrophic injury auto cases

Opportunity to work in a team environment with firm and partners heavily involved in Colorado Trial Lawyers Association (CTLA) and American Association for Justice (AAJ)

Salary range:
$100k-$325k (depending on experience), plus bonus based on performance
Paid Health, Dental and Vision for the employee

Vacation:
Prorated depending on start date
In succeeding years, you will receive 15 days of time off per year
Sick Time: 48 hours per year, which is accrued one hour for every 30 hours worked

Paid Holidays:
Pursuant to the firms holiday schedule

Zaner Harden Law, a plaintiff's personal injury trial law firm with a national reputation seeks a driven associate attorney.

The opportunity is to work directly under a partners mentorship and handle all aspects of litigation from filing suit, taking and defending depositions, and appearing in court for hearings and trials, as well as assist the firm with..

pre-litigation matters and new client intakes. The cases involve complex personal injury matters (toxic tort, electrocutions, explosions) as well as catastrophic injury auto cases.

Experience in litigation required, and experience in personal injury practice strongly preferred. Candidates with excellent credentials that exhibit a strong desire to practice plaintiff's personal injury law will also be considered. Full benefits and competitive pay.
