- Review designs submitted for changes to Government facilities
- Manage project designs and/or construction efforts
- Manage and evaluate contractor performance
- Integrate and coordinate projects with field personnel
- Conduct construction inspections to ensure conformance with design specifications and building
- Provide official weekly project status reports
- Prepare and distribute project communication with customers, management, integrated project
- Assist the Contracting Officer and COTR with acquisition planning, execution, and administration
- Collect requirements, prepare scopes of work, conduct market research, and develop sole
- Conduct technical review and evaluate project solicitations, proposals, quotes, and proposed
- Review and approve shop drawings and submittals
- Conduct pre-bid and pre-construction site visits
- Assist in the preparation of Contractor Performance Report (CPR) upon contract closeout
- Conduct/Approve punch-list items prior to property turnover
- Maintain, Track, and Update Contract Change Requests (CCRs)
- Host Utility Assistance Request (UAR) meetings between stakeholders and the general
- Create, distribute, and maintain all transmittal documents
Qualifications - TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of experience managing complex projects
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Microsoft Project
- Proficiency with developing project management plans, leading multi-discipline teams of
- Highly skilled in customer service and diverse stakeholder engagement
- Competent in reading and understanding construction drawings/specifications and
