    Summary:

    The Regional Product Trainer will be responsible for leading professional, highly interactive technical training courses among external contractors to develop product familiarity, increase service proficiency, and alleviate internal service demand.

    They will maintain a high level of professional conduct while carrying out job responsibilities with the aim to educate technicians to CAS Service standards.

    Upon completion of this course technicians will be "CAS Certified" and will be able to confidently carry out preventative maintenance plans, perform advanced levels of service work, and elevate standards of service and quality.


    Primary Job Responsibilities:
    Lead and manage large group of mechanical contractors, service managers, and field service technicians throughout training itinerary.
    Engage in highly technical discussion involving the refrigeration cycle and its precise operation by electrical and mechanical controls.
    Continual development and improvement of course content and delivery.
    Assess participant knowledge levels and alter content start points to maintain uniform class knowledge base.
    Effective time management of course material delivery while balancing discussions and questions.
    Gauge course effectiveness and maintain constant trainee engagement throughout duration.
    Must become a Subject Matter Expert of CAS equipment that uses industry-leading product developments and advancements.
    Communicate all feedback or recommendations on course material, best practices, or industry insight to Product Training Manager for review.
    Maintain all training equipment, ensure software is up-to-date, tools are organized, and training facility and occupants are respected.
    Provide remote support for all current "CAS Certified" technicians, similar to or integrated into current DOAS Support program.


    Required Skills:
    3+ yrs experience
    2yr or 4yr technical degree in mechanical or electrical oriented curriculum
    Extensive HVACR background preferred
    Strong ability to read and navigate wiring schematics
    Universal EPA Certification preferred
    Willing to travel for initial training
    Must enjoy hands on product exposure
    MS Office skills required
    Public speaking with strong communication skills a must
