- Create substantial recurring EvothermEvoflex business market Develop execute manage strategy for warm-mix liquid anti-strip rejuvenator adoption Identify key markets ideal partners appropriate product positioning growth opportunities Apply sales cycle successfully complex environment creating superior value decision makers influencers Take ownership momentum crucially needed drive change towards warm-mix asphalt Strategically manage existing new business opportunities meet corporate revenue margin growth goals Excite motivate road owners agency multi-level DOT personnel through communication skills presenting positioning Evotherm value Anticipate effectively manage questions concerns objections related WMA Lead supporting efforts lobbyists public relations government regulatory research institutions drive change faster Achieve specification adoption territory establish Evotherm preferred paving technology Master aspects properties design testing construction performance compared hot-mix asphalt pave commonly employed mix types Superpave SMA dense open graded Create relationships built trust key partners frequent face-to-face interactions agencies liquid asphalt suppliers contractors road owners Direct coordinate support resources organize execute demonstrations paving projects Become communication nucleus customers partners Charleston support team Provide hands-on support construction needed Perform troubleshoot solve problems occur during mix lay down This requires excellent communication problem-solving skills ability think quickly feet Manage installation integration pumps tanks customer facilities
