Job summary
The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions, including invoice matching, payment processing, reconciliations, and record maintenance.Responsibilities
- Match purchase orders with receiving documents and vendor invoices (manual and electronic) to ensure accuracy of quantities, pricing, and authorization prior to payment.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to purchase orders, receiving documentation,
and invoices in coordination with internal departments
& vendors.
