    Job Description: We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and personable Receptionist. The Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients while also assisting with administrative tasks. The desired individual must be able to work independently: Working independently means taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities without constant supervision or guidance. It involves the ability to make decisions, solve problems, and prioritize tasks effectively on your own. Working independently requires self-discipline, motivation, and the capacity to manage your time efficiently.

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
    • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department
    • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms for attorneys and clients
    • Maintain and organize client files, both physical and electronic
    • Assist with document preparation, including typing, formatting, and proofreading documents
    • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
    • Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth office operations
    • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
    • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant in a setting preferred
    • Knowledge of terminology and procedures is a plus
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Professional demeanor and appearance
    • High school diploma; additional education or certification in office administration or a related field is advantageous
